Brief facts of the case are that the petilioner claims to be the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.1.2350 guntas in survey No.222/uU, situated at Shettipalem Vilpge, Vemulapally Mandal' Nalgonda District' wherein the petitioner succeeded the said ProPerty' which has been updated in the revenue records' Respondent Nos'7 to 10 are having lands in Survey Nos'221' 225 and240, situated at Settipalem Village' Vemulapally Mandal' Nalgonda Dishict, and they approached the petitioner to sell his land at cheaper rate' which was denied by the petitioner' and they have intended to grab the land' respondent Nos'7 to 10 colluded and trespassed into and accordinglY 1 2 petitioner's lands, due to which the petitioner filed O.S.No.87 of 2025 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda, anel the trial Court by order dated 25.02.2025 in LA.No.44 ot 20'25 in O.S.No 87 of 2025 granted injunction. Thereafter, petitioner approached respondcrrt Nos.5 and 6 and made a complaint requesting to take necessary action against respondent Nos.7 to 10, ancl instead of initiating necessary action against respondent Nos.7 to 10, respondent No.6 called petitioner to thc police station and demanded to hand over his land to respondent Nos.7 to 10. Questioning the same, the present writ petilion is filed.

3. Sri M. Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleatder for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 placed instructions of respondent No.6 wherein it is stated.that that the petitioner is involved in 1) Crime No.6/2024, under Sections M7 and 427 r/w 34 IPC, dated 9.1.2024;2) Crime No.7612025, under Sections 329 (3),324 (4) and 351 (2) r/w 3 (5) BNS dated 25.1.2025; and 3) Crime No.74/2025, under Sections 329 (3),324 g) r/w.3 (5) BNS, dated

1.0.4.2025, registered on the file of Vemulapally Police Station, Nalgonda District, and charge sheets have been filed in all the three cases. It is further stated that petitioner also lodged a complaint and based on the same, Crime No.2O/2024, undcr Sections M7, 427 r/ w. 34 IPC, dated. 30.1.2025 was registered against respondents Nos.7 and 8 and it is under investigation. It is further submitted that except conducting investigation in the above cases, respondent No.6 did not interfere in civil disputes and clid not threaten the petitioner to hand over his land to the unofficial respondents. 3

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Horne appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal today.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsei for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Homc, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to interfere in seftling the issues pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 10. It is ieft open to the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 10 to pursue their remedies before the trial Court in the pending cases
