JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the Petitioners/A-1 to A- 3 assailing Judgment dated 08-03-2004 made in Criminal Appeal No.330 of 2001, on the file of X Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Guntur, whereunder and whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge confirmed conviction but modified and reduced sentence to six months from two years each imposed by the II Additional Munsif Magistrate, Gurazala vide judgment in C.C. No.462 of 2000 for offence punishable under Section 324 Read with Section 34 IPC Now Crl.R.C.M.P. No.2117 of 2011 is filed by both the parties seeking permission to compound the offence. T h e de complainant and the Revision Petitioners/A-1 to A-3 are present. The de facto complainant who is impleaded as the second respondent in this case by order dated 13-07-2011 delivered in Crl.R.C.M.P. No.2116 of 2011 and the accused have stated that they have compromised the matter voluntarily and that they may be permitted to compound the offence and the Revision Petitioners/A-1 to A-3 may be acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code by setting aside the conviction and sentences imposed on them. In the circumstances, the de facto complainant/second respondent is permitted to compound the offence and accordingly Crl.R.C.M.P. No. 2117 of 2011 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is also allowed acquitting the Revision Petitioners/A-1 to A-3, under Section 320 (8) Cr.P.C., setting aside the conviction and sentences imposed on them by the Courts below for offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. ___________________________ G.
