'['hc peritioner claims to be the owner and possessor of thc subject land and he was issued pattadar pass book and title deed bearing No.T2 I 0200 I I 168 with Khata No.604 I 6 in respect of' the same. The petitioner submitted F-line application No.DF.R0ll40l03623 I dated 04.04.2024 for conducting survey and demarcation ol the subject land. 12.09.2024 and fixed the date of survey to bc conducted on

19.09.2024. That on 19.09.2024, the revenue officials have visited the site and measurements were taken, however, respon<|, nt No.5 left the site without fixing boundarics though the petiti, ner has made arangements by providing labour and three (3 ) p rnchas. Later, the petitioner submitted several representations to lt spondents No.3 and 5 and tounch map was given to the petitioner (Ex. )-3); boundaries were not fixed. Subsequently, the petitioner submitte I representation dated 23.06.2025 to respondents No.2 and 3 (Ex.['i and P-8). It is submitted the respondent No.5 ought to have t-rxed thr' ;oundary stones as per survey notice dated 12.09.2024 and the ; rvey operation conducted by respondent No.5 is incornplete, as such. the petitioner is constrained to approach this ('otrrt
