3. petitioner was aPPointed as a D gree l,ecturer (Commerce) in 2.O3.2O19. While so, on her petitioner submits that the respondent No' S-Institution on request, the Petitioner was sen t on deputation to resPondent No.7-College uide orders dated

09.2024. AccordinglY, she joined duty on 26.09.2024. Horvever, since Septem ber 2024, the respondents are not paying her the salary. As such, the petitioner made multiple representations to responclent Nos.1 to 5, sceking pa5rment of salary. Subsequently, shc made another representation to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 on 05.07.2025 with a request to extend the period of her deputation lor a further period of two (02) years so as to enablc her to complete her Ph.D. from Kakatiya University, Warangal. However, no action has been taken by the respondents either in respect of the salary payabte to the petitioner o. the represcntatron of thc petitioner dated 05.07.2025. Therefore, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the r.espondents to pay salary to the petitioner from September 2024, and to cc,nsidcr and pass necessary orders on her representation dated OS.OZ.2025 u.ithin a reasonable period of time.

4. [rarned Government pleader for. Ser-vices_I, on instructions, submits that r.espondent No.4 uicle LT.CCE_ SER3/DPOD/4 I 2024-SDR3, dated Ol.O7.2O2S, has requested respondent No.2 to release the salary to the petitioner based on the attendalce certificatc issued by respondent No.7 and to reimburse the salary amount the petitioner accordingly. However, orders from the Govern ent are awaited.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing re pondent Nos.l to 3 to pay the salary of the petitioner basing on the letter addressed by respondent No.3 uide Lr.CC -sER3/DPOD I 4 / 2O24-SER3, dated Ol.O7 .2025 dated 0 1 .0 .2025, and also to pass appropriate orders on the represe tation of the petitioner dated O5.O7.2O25, strictiy in terms o G.O.(P).No. 10, Finance and Planning (FW.F.R.II) Departm nt, dated 22.01.1993, as expeditiously as possibie, prefera ly within a period of four (O4) weeks from the date of receipt f a copy of this order, and communicate a copy thereof to th petitioner Miscellaneous petitions pen , if any, shall stald closed.
