This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.5 and 6 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.7 to l0 with regard to the land in Survey No.298 of Lingoji Gudem Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri- B h uvanag iri D istrict as iliegal.

3. Perusal of the record would reveal that petitioners have filed a suit in O.S.No.86 ol 2023 agarinst the unofficial respondents for perpetual injunction. Learned trial Court granted interim injunction. The said suit is pending and the interim order is subsisting. Respondent No. l0 has filed a suit in O.S.No.7 of 2024 against petitioner No.l lor perpetual injunction. There is no interim order. Even then, respondent ) KL,J \\"_23389 2025 No.4 called the petitioners to his office and advised them to approach respondent No.6 - Station House 01ficer and settle the disputes with respondent Nos.7 to 10. Chatlenging the said action of' respondent No.4, petitioners filed trre present writ petrtron.

Though the petitioners are contending that respondent No.4 called them to his office and advised thr:m to approach respondent No.6 and settle the disputes with respondent Nos.7 to 10, they have not mentioned about the pendr:ncy of the said suits. Admittedly, the aforesaid two suits arr: penciing ulde O.S.No.86 of 2023 and O.S.No.7 of 2024. Thele is temporary Injunction. Three crimes were registered with r :spondent No.6 yide FIR Nos.24012A23,28312023 and 5801202, .

5. According to leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader fbr Home. the Investigating Officer in the sairl crirne s have already completed investigation and laid chargr: sheets against the accuscd. On instructions, he fairly subrnits rhat respondent No.4 has no advisory jurisdiction to advise th: petitioncrs to I I ! i : 3 KL,J u?_23389 2025 approach respondent No.6 to seffle the disputes with respondent Nos.7 to 10.

6. In the light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 not to insist the petitioners to approach respondent No.6 and settle the disputes with respondent Nos.7 to 10.
