Learned counsel for the petitioner submits lhat the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No. 12283 of 2021 , dated O6.05.2021, ar,d requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government \ { Pleader for the respondents.
4. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.P.No. 12283 of 2027, dated \r 2 PK,J wp-2Str9 2021
06.05 .2021 , this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Forest officials to conduct survey aiong with Revenue officials and demarcate the lands of the petitioners as well as the Forest Department. In case the petitioners' lands are found to be withirl the boundaries of the forest lands, they shall be evicted after following due procedure established under the law. The entire exercise shall b,: completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the survey is conducted and the demarcation is completed, bot.l-r the parties are directed to maintain .roru..-qur, obtaining as on loday, i.r,ith regard to the subject premises.
