This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in summoning the petitioner to the police station and harassing him and also intcrfcring in civil disputes in respect bf the suit scl-redule property in O.S. No.l30 of 2025 without following due procedure laid down under law, as illegal.

Whereas, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader lor Home, on instructior.rs, would submit that respondent Nos.6 and 7 lrave lodged a complaint dated 08.07.2022 with respondent No.4 making certain allegations against the petitioner herein. The said complaint was closed by respondent No.4 considering the same as civil in nature Thcreafter, respondent No.4 has lodged a complaint on 13.07.2025 with Sub-Divisional Officer, Nalgonda. I{e has referred the said complaint to respondent No.4 Police Station, who in tum forwarded 2 KI-, J W P No 21328 of2025 .i' thc same to Kattangur Police Station on point of juri.<liction. Even, the Station House Officer, Narkatpally Police Station, on conducting enquiry and on coming to know about pendency of th.e albresaid suit filed by the petitioner against respondent Nos.6 and 7 for pcrpetual injunction. c[osed the samc as civil in nature.
