JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2 025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.10081 of2025 ORDER It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner_ accused as well as the respondent No.1, that during pendency of the present criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been fired to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences.

Vide order dated 07.0g.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the I I Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad for identification and to submit a report. 3 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 18.08.2025 and the same is placed on record.
4. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in cc No.40 o{ 2024 on the file of XXII Additional tvletropolitan Magistrate 2 F at Secunderabad, against the petitioner-accused a'e hereby quashed subject to the petitioner-accused paying an ar,lount of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretanr, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the S.a,e of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thous;and Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad, within a periocl of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Regyistry Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, s;h;all stand closed i/TRUE COPY// SD/.
