2. According to the petiti ners herein, petitioner No.l purchased plot bearing No.29llA an xtent of 728.5 square yards in q Survey No. 104/ I /P, situated at Kon pur Village, Serilingampally q, Mandal under GHMC limits, Rang are{dy District. under a registered I sale deed bearing document No.

364. of 2024, dared 06.01 .2024, I whereas petitioner Nos.2 and 3 Jo tly purchased plot bearing No.29llA admeasuring 600.5 square ards in the very same survey number and village under a regist sale deed bearing document No.5668 of 2024, dated 18.03.2024. I proof of the same, they have filed copies of sale deeds. They submitted Online Application bearing No.AOD022500O7 lll7, datel ZA.O+.2025 with respondent No.4 with a request to conduct sub-di lrrision survey of the aforesaid land. Despite receiving and ackn pwledging the said On-line application, respondent No.4 did not a upon the same. 3. Penrsal of the said On-Linc apptication wotrld reveal that it is not F-Line Apptication. Service natne is mentioned as'Appeals on demarcation', and in the top ol the said receipt' it is mentioned 'appeals on demarcation receipt'' There is no order as sttch including survey report/p anchanama to prefer an appeal Therefore' the petitioners havc to submit proper F-Line application with respondent No.4 with a request to conduct sub-division survey of the aloresaid land, and on receipt ofthe same' respondcnt No'4 shall consider it and dispose of the same in accordancc with law.

In the tight of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit F-line application to respondent No.4 with a request to conduct sub-division survey in respect of the albresaid land, and on receipt of the same, respondent No.5 shall consider the same and conduct sub-division survey by follorving the procedure laid down under Circular Rc.No. N1/1408/07, dated 13.07.2007 issued by the Commissioner ol Survey, _-; \ To, TJ BS 3 KL,J WP No 23451 of2025 i Settlement and Land Rccords, Hyder bad.
