This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the request of the petitioners for rectification of entries in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.O0 guntas in Sy.No.969 and Acs.3.10 guntas in Sy.No.997, situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice and also contrar5r to the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.
2. Heard Mr.Shaik Karimulla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this lVrit Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stagg. 2 EVV, J Wp 23231_2025

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.s.0o guntas in Sy.No.969 and Acs.3.lo guntas in Sy.No.997, situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District, having acquired the s€rme by way of succession from their ancestors. Originally, the said land was assigned to the ancestors of the petitioners by virtue of different assignment proceedings issued by Tahsildar, Sangareddy, utnder Laoni Rules 1950 and their narnes were recorded in all concerned revenue records as pattadars and possessors viz., Adangal, 1-B etc. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that, without issuing €rny mandatory notice and without following -due procedure AS contempiated under law, the subject lands were resumed by the Government in Proceedings No.B 13450 / 1995, dated
04.03.1996 and based on the said resumption orders, the n€unes of the ancestors of the petitioners were rleleted and recorded as K}lasiz Khata. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that, questioning the /' t I 3 EVV, J Wp_2323t-025 resumptions orders, some of the assignees have preferred an appeal before respondent No.3 and the said appeal was allowed on L2.og.2oog in case No.c r /6sss/2ooz by setting aside the resumption ord.ers and arso directed respondent No.4 to restore their names, thereafter, the petitioners have made a request seeking for rectification of the entries in the revenue record.s, which was not considered by the respondent authorities. Hence, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.
4. sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government preader for Revenue appearing for the respondents wourd submit that if the petitioners file appropriate onrine apprication before the District colrector in Bhu. Bharati portar, the s€une would be considered by the respondent authorities. 5' Having heard the rearned counser for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, this court, without going into the merits and demerits of the case' deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition granting riberty to the petitioners to fire \ \ 4 EVV, J Wp_2323r_2025 appropriate online application before the Distri,:t Collector in Bhu Bharati Portal, ventilating their grievance. Upon such application being filed, the respondent authorities shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, duly putting all the interested persons on notice and considering their objections, if any.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
