Ho'nvever, pctitioner failed to do so, breachiug thc leersc terms. Thougir thc extension rcqucsr was late, the Corporation granted an cxtr:nsion tlll 03.O7.2022 on payment of a delay fec of Rs.96,OO0/ plus GST. Tho petitioner requesLed waiver ol this penalt;., s'l-rich rn.as righth refused based on Government guidelines.
