2. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents, more parlicularly, respondent Nos.5 to 7, in calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of respondent Nos.8 to 10, without following due procedure laid down under law, as illegal.

3. It is the specific contention of the petitioner that respondent No.6 has called the petitioner on 10.06.2025, 12.06.2025 and 14.06.2025. There are specihc allegations in paragraph No.l0 of the writ affidavit.

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader fbr Home, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.6 has not received any complaint from anybody against the petitioner I I I i I I i i { i t 2 a) herein. Therefore, he never called the petitioner as alleged in the present writ petition. If any complaint is received against the petitioner, respondent No'6 will enquiry/investigation strictly in accordance with the procedure conduct laid down under Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita' 2023'

5. In the light of the same, notice to respondent Nos'7 to l0 is dispensed with. This Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 not to call the petitioner to the Police Station' without following the due procedure laid down under BNSS'

2023. However, this order will not preclude respondent No'6 to conduct investigation against the petitioner, in the event of he received any complaint against the petitioner, in accordance with the procedure laid down under BNSS, 2023' Miscellaneous applications, if any pending' shall stand clo sed.
