Venkataiah, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.10025 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.'l to 3 under Section 528 ot BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1492 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Malkajgrri. registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448, 323, 506, 290 read with 34 of lPC. 2- lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A,Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been flled to record compromise between them and to compound the offences

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by lhe de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that he has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter 2 - ( pl0{Dj )t))i into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vlde orders dated 04.09 2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Servicr:s Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 16.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise-

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in CC.No.1492 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Malkajgiri, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 are paying an amount of Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal 7 3 crtr|)0:j 1t))i Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and flle proof of the same before the Registry.

Wut.,r and Electricity supply- On 22.09.2022 they were cut the water supply, by which one of the tenant name Beru Singh informed the same to him. It is humbty submitted that thc 1"r pctitioner herein and her husband are settled the disputes with the intenention of family elders and well-wishers, and thereafter the Petitioners/Accused flled the above said quash petition to quash the C.C. No. 149212023 on the file of the Hon'ble II Addl Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Malkajgiri The 2'd ResPondent ancl the Petitioners herein in view of the family relations compromised thc matter out of court and therein agreecl to u'ithdraw/compromise all cases against each other' 3.
