LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.23186 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. According to the petitioner, his brother late Gar,rzadi Muneeswara Rao was the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs. 19'28 gts i.e., an extent of Acs.2.33 gts in Sy.No.24/AA, Acs.5. 11 gts in Sy.No.28lAA, Ac.0.O4 gts in Sy.No'379/AA, Ac.0.05 gts in Sy.No.380/AA, Ac.1.01 gts in Sy.No.381/AA, Ac.O.07 gts in Sy.No.382/AA, Acs.7 .O2 gts in Sy.No.30/AA, Acs.3.05 gts in Sy.No.32lAA, situated at Thungathurty Village and Mandal, Suryapet District. He died due to ill-heatth on 22.04.2025. Since it is their ancestral property, petitioner is also claiming right over the said property. Even then, the respondents 5 and 6, the petitioner's brother's niece .,/ K L,J \V P. No.23I 86 of2025 2 and his wife, respectively, have approlr;hsfl lhs 4ttl respondcnt seeking family member certificate by way of suppression and misrepresentati,rrr of facts Therefore, on coming to know such fact p,etitioner has submitted a representation/objec L on
09.06.2025 to the 4th respondent with a rr:quest to not to rssue lamily member certificate to lespondents 5 and 6. Despite receiving and acknowle<lg;ing the said objection, the 4th respondent is not cr,rrsidering the said objerction. On the other hand, he is going to issue family member certificate to the respon<le rt Nos.S and
6. To show that the said property joint family 1li property, he has filed pahanies for the yt:r- 1995-1996.

Whereas Sri L.Ravinder, learne,l Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, or instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent wi I consider the objection, stated to have hled by the pr:titioner along with the application, if any, received fronL respondent Nos.S and 6 seeking issuance of firnLily member KL,.-I W.P.No.23I86 of 2025 3 certificate ald dispose it off by putting respondent Nos.5 and 6, strictly in accordance with law and affording them an opportunity.
5. In the light of the said submission, notice to the respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th Ai respondent to consider the objections dated
09.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner and dispose it of along with the application, if any, received from respondent Nos.5 and 6 seeking family member certificate and dispose it of strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.S and 6 on notice affording them an opportunity As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
