Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.5 and his subordinates in interfering and demolishing the compound wall of the petitioner in respect of his Plot No.168, Block A in Sy,No.135 Part situated at Gowthami Nagar, Edulanagulapally Village, Ramachandrapurarn Mandal, 2 SK, J W. P. No.288 16 of 202 1 Sangareddy District arrd threatening to disposs,r ss the petitioner from his plot without issuing axy notice or wittL, rut following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary

Learned counsel for the petitioner further. submits that at the time of admission, this Court has pass: I interim order dated 16.11.2021 directing the official resl) )ndents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner i I respect of the subject property except in accordance with the procedure established by law. However, it is made cl( a_r that if aly construction is made by the petitioner in the subj :ct property, the same sha-ll be subject to the fina,l result of the , ,,rit petition. He submits that in spite of lapse of more than thre: and half years, the respondent authorities did not file counter cr vacate petition denying the averments made by the petitiotr rr 1n the writ affidavit. In view of the same, learned counsel hzr ; requested this Court to allow the vvrit petition by directing he respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of r he petitioner in respect to the subject property without followin5; due process of 1aw.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Gove rnment pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner is in p,>;session o!!rq SK, J W.P.No.28816 of 2021 3 subject property, the respondents will not interfere with his possession over the subject property without following due process of law and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in Plot No.168, Biock A in Sy.No.135 Part situated at Gowthami Nagar, Edulanagulapally Village, Ramachandrapuraln Mandal, Sangareddy District, without following due procedure of law There shall be no order as to costs.
