Learned cotrnsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner hled the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of respondent No.S and their sub-ordinates in interfering with and demolishing the compound rvall of the petitioner in 2 respect of petitioner's Plot No.99, Block A, irL Sy.No. 135 part, situated at Gowthami Nagar, Edulanagu: lapally Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy Distrir: (for brevity, "the subject property") ald threatening to disposse s the petitioner from his plot, without issuing any notice and , /ithout lollowing due process of 1aw, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner furth r r s ubmits that, while admitting the matter, this Court passed ir-lt:rim order dated

16.11.2021 directing the officia_l respondents no- to interfere with the petitioner's possession over the subject prc lerty, except in accordance w,ith the procedure established by lz w. Hou,ever, in spite of lapse of more than four years, the respor dent authorities have not filed_counter or vacate petition for den5,ir g the averments made by the petitioner in the writ a_ffidavit. In.,:w of the same, learned counsel requested this Court to allow tl-r,: Writ petition by directing the respondent authorities not to ir 1:rfere r.r.ith the possession of the petitioner over the subject : -operty without following due process of law.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Gor e rnment pleader for Re'enue submits that if the petitioner is in p, ,ssession of the subject property, the respondents will not ir-t: rfere with the -7/ 3 petitioner's possession over the subject property, without following due process of law and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property, without following due procedure of law. There shall be no order as to costs
