3. Though various grounds are r.aiseci in the wr.it petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a dircction to respondent \ \ I 2 authorities to dispose the petitioners, representations dated 12.07.2025, 1,9.07 .2025 and 22.07 .2025, in a time bound period
