2. H,:ard Mr. A.Venkatesh, learned Senior Counsel representing Smt. L.\/ani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel representing Sri R.Giri Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.4 anc learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Perused the recor,l.

Leilrned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is claiming right over the land admeasuring Acs.3.00 guntas in sy-No.69,/A, situated at Kamsanpally village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Rangared,Jy District, on the strength of the registered sale deed bearing ftocument No.22090 of 2019, dated 14.06.2019. His name was also rnutated in the revenue record and latest pattadar passbook- cum-title deed was also issued in his favour. Even then, on the application made by respondent No.4, respondent No.3 has issued notice datcd 04.07.2025 fixing the enquiry on 16.07.2025, on which ?' .7 3 date, the petitioner appeared before respondent No.3 and submitted his explanation along with all the relevant documents. Without considering the same, respondent No.3 has recorded the name of respondent No.4 in the revenue record in respect of the subject property. Basing on the said wrong entry, respondent No.4 is trying to alienate the subject property to third parties and hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

4. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the petitioner fraudulently got his name mutated in the revenue record in respect of subject property and is suppressing all the material facts before this Court and hence, prays this Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits \ that due to the excess extent than the original extent of the subject land in Survey No.69 of Kamsanpally village, the name of the petitioner is I deleted from the online Bhu-Bharati Portal and seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned counsel for 4 respondent No.4 and upon perusing the material before this Court, it is seen th;rt no notice has been contemplated on the petitioner while passing the order dated 26.06.2021.

Accordingly, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this writ petition and the impugned proceedings in Case No.D Ll39l202l B16337l'.r-019, dated 26.06.2021 has been set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Special Tribunal, Ranga Reddy District to conduct lrroceedings afresh, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notice to all the concerned and affording sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible.
