3. Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that though the petitioner r.vas retired on 30.O4 .2025, till now, his retirement benehts u.ere not released b1.the respondents.

Learned Government pleader submits that the bills pertaining to t he retire ment benefits of the petitioner have already been processed, holrever, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be releasecl to the petitioner, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the benehciaries.
