No.22989 of 2025 The petitioner is aggrieved by Lhe action of the respondent No.2, Reserve Bank of India, in not lcgitimately protecting the interest of petitioner by duly enforcing its Circular dated 12.08.2022 vrde RBtl2022-231 to9 DOR.ORG.REC.6sl2r.O4.t58l2022-23, dated
12.08.2022 against the rcspondents No.3 to 1O, who are resorting to high-handed measures Lo recover money without following the Circular dated 12.08.2022 issued by the respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ pctition s'ittr a consequential prayer to direct the respondenl No.2 to take stringe rtt acl ioll againsL the errant official of the respondents No.3 to I0. The learned cottttsel for the petitioner rvould submit that previously petitioncr was an emplo-yec and had availed loan on credit card facility offered by the rcspondents No.3 to 1O and utilized the amounts and has been prompt in repaying the same without fail in terms of the agrecmen l- belwcen lhc pelilioner and the respondents No.3 to 10 till AugusL, 2024 and thereafter she could not pay the installments duc to financial losses and job loss. The total amount to be paid in all the banks is Rs. 15,114,000/-. It is flrther submitted I \ that the respondents are trying to forcefully recover the amounts from the petitioner, u,hich is against the policy circular dated 12.08.2022 issued by the responden t No.2 .
