2. Respondent No.5 has filed a writ petition i.e., W.P.No.14218 of 2021 against the petitioners and respondent Nos.l to 4 challenging the orders vide Memo No.E/AppeaU2\2l,datd22.O2.2O2I on the file of the Agency Divisional Offrcer-cum-District Collector, Nagarkum ool. Vide order dated 16.04.2025, this Court disposed of the said writ petition settrng aside the impugned order dated 22.02.2021 and remanded back the matter to the Agency Divisional Officer_ cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Achampet, with a direction to decide the appeal filed by respondent No.5 herein dated 2l .01 .2021 under the Telangana Agency Rules, 1924 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law by putting 2 the petitioner and unofficial respondents therein on notice and affording them an opportunity. This Court also directed respondent No.3 therein to complete the said enquiry within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a ccp1, of the said order.
3. The grievance of the petitioners in th,) present writ petition is that respondent No.3 is conducting enquiry without putting the petitioners on notice and affor,ling them an opportunity, as directed by this Cotrt vide order dated
16.04.2025 in W.P.No.l4218 of 2021.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader frrr Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No 3i has already served notice on petitioners on03.07.2025 itself and afforded an opportunity to the petitioners and unofficial respondents herein in terms of the aforesaid order dated 16.04.2025. Respondent No.3 will decide the said appr:al strictly in accordancc with the procedure laid down under law. - 3
5. In the light of the said submissions, notice to respondent Nos.5 to l7 is dispensed with. This Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid appeal in terms of the order dated 16.04.2025 in w.P.No.l42I8 0f 2021, by putting the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 to l7 on notice and affording them an opportunity. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within three (3) months, as directed by this Court in the aforesaid order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
