Uprtn perusal of charge-sheet lt is noliced that thc name of the petitioner has been deleted from the arrav of thc accused in the charge-sheet and in that view of the matter this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the present writ petition iloes. not survive and hence, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
