Leamed Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 Municipatity fumished a copy of written instructions dated 12.08.2025 stating that on the basis of the newspaper publication in Andhra Prabha Telugu newspaper on 13 .04.2025 that the construction is made in the Govemment land, respondent No.2 sought information from respondent No.6. Respondent No.6, vide notice No.B/l 5112025 dated 19.04-2025, informed respondent No.2 that construction was bein!,made by the petitioner in the Government land, as such, immediate action was taken and notice No.Gl/356/2025 dated 21.04.2025 was issued to the petitioner directing him to submit explanation as to why his building permission should not be revoked. Leamed Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner has submitted explanation to the said notice and appropriate tt{ { action will be taken in accordance with law. i. As final orders have not been passed so far and enquiry is stated to be pending, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.2 to 6 not to interlere rvith the possession of the petitioner in respect of the subject property bearing Plot No. 16, admeasuring i00 square yards in Surwey Nos.290 and 291, covered with VLT No.5-3-183/1, situated at Sairampura Colony, Korutla Town Jagitial District, w ithout lollowing Cue process of larv. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated

21.04.2025 by giving him an opportunity of hearing, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks fiorn the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
