This Writ Petition is llled to dcclare thc actrorl ol lespondent Nos-5 and (r ln interfeling r,vitl.r the peaccful life, liber1y, and agricultural operations ol the pctitioner, atrd in intertering in thc civil disputes betu'een the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 10 without following due process of law, as itlegal, j Whcreas. the learned Assistant Goverumeul Pleader lor I.lome, on rnstructions. \'vould submit that respondent No.7 has lodged a cornplaint ctated 03.06.2025 against the petitioner, atleging that thc petitioner trespassed into his Iand, rvhich amounts to crirninal trespass. On receipt of the said cornplaint, rcspondcnt No.(r had ttrade att er-rtry in tlle Gencral Diary' Upon cnquir-r,, hc folrnd that there are civil disputes betr,r'ecn the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 10. Trvo civil suits, vide O.S.Nos.462 o1: 7024 and 330 of 2025, arc pending. Ther.cfore, 2 he has closed the said compiaint on 06.06.2025, treating it as civil in nature.

A perusal of the record reveals that respondent No.l0 has filed a suit in O.S.No.462 of 2024, on the flle of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Jangaon, against the petitioncr fbr perpetual injunction, ancl the same is pending. Therc are no interim orders in the said suit. The petirioner has tlled a suit in O.S.No.330 ol 2025, on the fllc of Principal/Additional junior Civil Judgc, Jangaon, against responcleut Nos.7 to 9 for pcrmancnt rnjLrnctiou. The said suit is also pending, and no intenrn orc.lers liave been passed ti ll date.

In the light of aforesaid discussion. tliis Writ pe rition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and responclent Nos.7 to 10. However, tliis order. will not preclucle respondent Nos.5 and 6 from conducting enquiry/investigation, in the event of receipt of any complaint against the petitioncr anrl responde nt Nos.7 to 10, stnctly in accordance r,v itl'r the procedure laicl dor.vn under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
