Ms. No.9, dt. constitutional provisions in so far as the petitioners are concerned and consequenuy direct the respondents to continue/retain the petitioners in the present places/schools and to pass.....,, 7 .2.2023 , a pa rt 3 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the interim orders of this Court vide order dated 14.09.2023 granted in favour of the petitioners had been implemented by the respondents and the election commission work also had been concluded, hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive a nymore for adjudication by this Court and the writ petition needs to be closed.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Bringing the said counsels on record, the submissions of both the learned writ petition is closed and the SN,J W .P .No.25014 2023 respondents are directed to take appropriate action in accordance to law. It is open for the proposed implead party petitioners in I.A.No.01 of 2024 in the present writ petition No.25074 of 2023 to pursue the remedies as are available under law.
