4. Pcrusal of rccord would reveal that petitioner No.l lllcd a suit in O.S. No.l05 of 2022 against rcspondent Nos.-l to 7 hercin firr cancellation ol rcgistercd sale deeds. Thc said suit is pending. Uc has also flled a suil in O.S. No.35 of 2025 against responclcnt Nos.'l to 7 and others lbr perpetual injunction. 'fhe same is also pcnding.
