On receipt of the said complaint, respondcnt No.3 has made an cntry in General Diary. conducted enquirl and came to knorv about pendcncy of civil suits. 4. Pcrusal of rccord would reveal that petitioner No.l lllcd a suit in O.S. No.l05 of 2022 against rcspondent Nos.-l to 7 hercin firr cancellation ol rcgistercd sale deeds. Thc said suit is pending. Uc has also flled a suil in O.S. No.35 of 2025 against responclcnt Nos.'l to 7 and others lbr perpetual injunction. 'fhe same is also pcnding. 'l hcrc nre n<t interim injunction orders in the said suits. Jhus. there are disputes bctwcen the petitioners and respondent Nos.4 tr, 7

5. ln the tight olthe aforesaid discussion, this ririt pctition is disposccl of directing respondent No.3 not to interfere w-ith thc civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.4 to 7 in anv manncr.
