2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are owners and pattadars of agricultural land Sy. No.244 (Ac.la-24 gts), Sv.No.248 (Ac'11'O5 gts) and Sy. No. 263 (Ac. 1O.1 gts) total extent of land being Ac.39 .39 gts, situated at Shankarpalle Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ('subject property' for brevity), having acquired the same by way of inheritance death on from their ancestor Mohd.Mirza , after his O7.Oa.Lgg6, whose name is reflected in Khasra Pahani (1954-55 and 1955-58) to till date' The petitioner Nos'1 and 2 submitted applications vide Nos'23OOO24268 and 23OOO243Oa on 27.01.2023 through Dharani Portal for correction of entries and incorporation of their names in respect of land admeasuring Acs. 19-395O each' However, respondents have neither processed nor passed any order r L. / 2 on the said applications dated 22.OI.2O23 the same, the present writ petition is hled. Aggrieved by Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that since the Government has come with a new enactment in the name of Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2O24(Act No.l of 2025 for brevit5r) in place Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar pass Books Act, 2O2O, the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit application through Bhu Bharati portal and respondent No.2 may be directed to pass orders on the application filed by the petitioners by fixing time limit. 4 Learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for respondents would submit now Dharanil portal is discontinued and the Government has enacted Act No. 1 of 2025 and a portal is established in terms of Schedule A of Telangana Bhu Bharati Rules, 2O25(.Rules, 2025, for brevit5r) for rectification of entries and respondent No.4 is the competent authority to address the grievance, therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh application in terrns of Rule 7 of Rules, 2O2S for mutation of their names in the revenue records and on such a/ 3 application being made, respondents would process the same and pass orders, in accordance with law'

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents, petitioner is directed to submit online application under Rule 7 of Rules, 2O25 through Bhu Bharti Portal and on such submission of the application, respondent No.4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly, in accordance with law, by duly issuing notice to the affected parties and affording opportunity of hearing and the said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of submission of application of the petitioners.
