SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITIO N No.24991 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.l to 3 in registering FIR No.102 of 2022 on the file of Mahankali Police Station and subsequently transferring the same to the Central Crime Station Police Station, as illegal and arbitrary and for other reliefs.

2. Upon perusal of the record, it reveals that this Court, on

12.09.2023, while issuing notice- to respondent Nos.4 and 5, granted an interim direction, directing the Investigating Officer to issue notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and to scrupulously foltow the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumqr v. State of Bihart. The petitioner was directed to cooperate with the Investigating Officer and provide the required a information. 3. Heard Sri N. Naveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, through video conference, Sri B.Sridhar, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to.] and Sri K. Gopal, leamed counsel for respondent No.4.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home submitted that in temiS of the interim order dated 12.09.2023, the Investiga:ing Officer after following the guidelines laid down in Arnesh tKumar's case (supra), filed a final report before the Metropolitan Sessions Judge. The said Court took cognizance of the same., and the case was numbered as C.C.No.20 of 2024. He further s*bmitted that the petitioners had earlier approached this Court and filed Crl.P.Nos. 4616, 700g, and 7557 of 2022, and the same werc disposed of by this Court on 14.06.2022, ll.Og.2OZZ, and 21.03,.2023, respectively.

5. In view of filing of the final report and disposal of the aforesaid criminal petitions, this Court is of the considered opinion that the :ause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudicat.on - 3

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedies as available under law, if so he is aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
