2. The petitioner is claiming at he is the absolute owner and possesscr of land ad easuring Acs.2.30 gts I in Sy.No.75/1, situated at Ran pet Village, Laxettipet Mandal, Mancherial District. H is also the orvner of land in other survey numbers f very same village. In proof of the same, he has filed pies of latest and old pattadar pass books and registe ed sale deeds etc. He has also Iiled F-line application vide T|DERO224OIO797 54, dated 07 O9.2O24 with the 4rh respondent to conduct survey d demarcate the said property by fixing boundaries espite receiving and acknowledging said online applic tion, the 4tL did not act upon the same. Aggrieved the inaction on the ..F-,' IiL,J W.P No 231 L4 of 20'25 2 part of the 4th respondent, petitioner hled the present writ petition

4. Whereas Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent will consider the said F-line application submitted by the petitioner by conducting survey of the subject property, strictly in accord€rnce with law.

5. In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner vide F-line application vide TTDER0224O|O79754, dated 07.O9.2024 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the said property by fixing boundaries, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and a-11 other interested parties on notice and afford an opportunity of hearing. Il the 4th respondent is not inclined to accept the request of the petitioner, he shall pass a KL,.J w.P.No.231l4 of 2025 3 reasoned order sPecifying the reasons and communicate a copy of the sai order to the petitioner herein. However, he shall co plete the said exercise within a period of 45 workin days from the date ol receipt of a copy of this order.
