This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of sri Mohammed Moinuddin, Advocate for the Petitioner, sri Jithender Rao Veeramallu, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and of sri syed Hameed, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2. This Criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.265 of 2025 on the file of learned XVII Additional Chief Judicial lVlagistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under: Sections 3Sa(c), 509 of l.p.C. and SeCtion 67 of lnformation Technology Act.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as weil as respondent No.2/de faclo comprainant that during pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of
2025. have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences. 3 The learned Assistant public prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. 4 Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo complainant in LA.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that she t. has willingly t I :l ., \ €' consented for compromise_. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrde orders dated 04.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report daled 12.08.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O2S are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.265 of 2025 on the fite of learned XVll Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad against the petitioner/accused are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five *.'..tr , 3 Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings A./c.No.S2188926279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code:S81N0020070, IMICR No.500004057) and Rs.5,0C0/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry. 7 Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed- SD/- N.
