3. Learned counsel for the petition r submits that this matter is squarely covered by the adjudication f this Court in its order dated Oa.O2.zOLg in W.P. No.3534 of 2O13. such, learned counsel prays this Court to pass similar order in the presen trIrit Petition also.

4. The same is not seriously disputed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

5. In wiew of the above and for the asons alike in the order dated Oa.O2.2Ol3 in W.P. No.3534 of 2O13, Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to issue bills the petitioner by treating the supply to the petitioner under HT sup ly Category-Il for construction purpose. However, if the petitioner is co suming electricity for any other purpose other than permitted, this order will not preclude the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and to take steps for change of category by conducting enquiry on the allegations' It is made clear that if any bitl amounts are collected from the petitioner by treating the service connection provided to it as HT temporary supply category, the petitioner is Permitted to make a representation to adjust such bills' in whlch event, the respondents shall examine the same and take steps for adjusting such bills. " Miscelialeous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition' shall stand closed. No costs Note : That the lnterlocutory application filed seeking replacement of the Paragraph Nos.3 to 5 of the Order, dated 01-07-2025 in W.P.No.23337 of 2024 as extracted.
