2. Heard Sri B. Bhagath Sain, learned counsel lor the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for rr:spondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5, and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2025 and till norar, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that tl'e bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner were already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts coulrl not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the pensionary benefits such as (i) Retirement Gratuity Composite State Share amount of Rs.9,41,430/- with Token No.260035059, dated
