Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed as Agricultural Officers in the years 20O9 and 2012, and since the date of their o appointment, the respondents have not prepared seniority list ti1l the yeer 2021. However, the respondents prepared a provisional inter-se seniorit5r list uide Merno No.B(2ll1 l2022 dated I 2.Og.2022. on thc basis o[ rosjlcr poinLs rather tlran rrerit. As such, the petitioners submitted representations to Llre respondents on 24.O5.2O25, It.06.2O2S, 16.06.2025, 19 .06.2025 and 17 .07 .2025 rcqucsting to revise the provisional inter-se seniority list Catcd 12.09.2022 as per merit. Hourever, no action has been takcn by thc respondcnts so far. 5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have prepared the provisional inter-se seniority list dated 12.O9.2022 in accordance with law. However, the respondents will consider the representations of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, ir-r accordance u,ith lanrr. 3 6, Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations submitted by the petitioners on 24.O5.2025, 7 7.06.2025, 16.06.2025, 19.06.2025 and 17 .O7 .2025, strictly in accordance with 1aw, AS expeditiously AS po ssible, preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioners.
