2. Heard Sri Nambi Krishna' learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.1 and Sri N'sreedhar Reddy' learned Stalding Counsel for TSSPDCL for respondent Nos'2 to 6' Perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners made submisslons on the lines of writ affrdavit and requested this Court to direct the respondentauthoritiestoconsidertheapplicationsof petitioners dated 25' ll'2)24 arrd' 23'07 '2025 for issuance of a No Objection Certificate, and to restore the Electricity connection to their land properties as expeditiously as possible' \ I 2 NAK,' W.P. No.22928 of 2O1S

Learned Standing Counsel for TSSpDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 6 submits that if the said petitioner,s applications are still pending for consideration, the concerned respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner,s applications, dated 25.11.2024 and, 23.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. \

In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.g to consider and dispose of the applications of the petitioners dated 25.11.2024 and 23.O2.2025 in accordance with law within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. Thereafter, on production of such certificate, respondent Nos.2 to 6 shail restore the Electricity power supply to the subject premises. No costs.
