2. Heard Mr. T. Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5, learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.2, and Mr. M. Murali Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for the Principal Accountant General (A&E), for respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

3. retired from service on 30.04.2025. Considering the pension proposals, respondent No.3 sanctioned pension to the petitioner vide Letter dated 13.03.2025. However, till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. However, in pursuance of Letter dated 13.03.2025, amounts will be released to the beneficibries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release all terminal I .._..--..--..---. , !ii.ra' -._. -,. \ benefits, such as Death-cum- Retirement, Gratuity, Commutation of Pension, General Provident Fund amount, and Encashment of Earned Leave, pertaining to the retirement dated 30.04.2025, as well as the proceedings in Lr.No.AG(A&E)/PL3lIIl/K- 337/SPB39/2025-02/3671, dated 13.03.2025 of respondent No.3 and Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.5,84,485/- vide Token No.2600268048, dated 08.05.2025, Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.10,15,515/- vide Token Nb.2600268043, dated 08.05.2025, Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.6,53,123/- vide Token No.2600268082, dated 08.05.2025, Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.ll,34,77Bl- vide Token No.2600268057, dated 08.05.2025, EL and HPL amount of Rs.8,82,217/- vide Token No.2600263227, dated 08.05.2025, G.P.F. amount of Rs.7,54,425l- vide Cheque No.2600343072, dated 15.05.2025, and G.I.S. amount of Rs.34,922/- vide Token No.2600263128, dated 08.05.2025. pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
