According to the petitioner, her mother was the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.25guntas in Sy.No.475-A, Ac.0.24gunts in Sy.No.475-B, Ac.[.02guntas in Sy.No.476-4, Ac. l.03guntas in Sy.No.476-B, Ac.0.37guntas in Sy.No.477-A, Ac.0.37guntas in Sy.No.477-8, Ac.0.06guntas in Sy.No.480-B and Ac.0.36guntas in Sy.No.48l-B in total Ac.6.l0 guntas situated at Gorekunta Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal District. In proof of the same, she has fited copies of pattadar passbook and title deed. ller mother died in the year 2025. According to the petitioner she is the only legal heir to her mother. She has _ submitted online application vide ID.No. I 138050000011219, dated 17.12.2022, with respondent No.3 with a request to issue succession certihcate and mutation proceedings in respect of the subject propefty. Despite receiving and 2 -- - '1 acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.3 did not act upon the sarne. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 3'd respondcnt. the petitioner filed the present writ petition

As per the'I'elangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in [,ancl) Rules,2025 (for short,'the Rules'), the petitioner has to subrnit an application with 4th respondent seeking successlon proceedings stating that she is the only legal heir. On filing the said applications, 4'r' respondent will consider and dispose rt of. Iror mutatron procccdings, the petitioner has to submit separate application with 3'd respondent with a request to mutate her name in the revenuc records and on receipt of the same, 3'd respondent will consider and dispose it of.
4. [n the light of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed ol-. The petitioner is directed to submit tu'o separate online applications along with all necessary docuntents witl.r respondent Nos.i and 4 seeking succession and mutation proceedings. On receipt of the same, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 shalI consider and dispose of the same. J As a sequel therero, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. SD/.
