Learned counsel for the petitioners submits 11 of the notihcation issued by respondent No.4 : at in pursuance tted L.L2.2O22, petitioners were selectecl to the post of Junior As:;: stants and their names were sent to respondent No.2, who in tur r issued posting orders vide proceedings dated 2.12.2024, posting t re petitioners to work in the respondent No.2-Corporation. In the s rid Corporation, \ \ petitioners were directed to *.ork in lower rank pc sts i.e. in Chilli Processing Units as weli as in petrol pumps etc., contrarJi to the service conditions. Therefore, petitioners have mal : representation to the respondent No.2 on 24.3.2O25 ventilating th: so far no action has been taken on the sai<[ r grievance, but representation. l I I I I Z Therefore, petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to consider the said representation dated 24.3.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a stipulated period of time.

4. The learned Government pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that since the representation of the petitioner dated

24.3.2025 is pending with respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 will consider and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts anC circumstances of the case and without going into merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.3.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably \ rithin a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
