LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.23016 OF 2025 oRAL ORDER: Heard leamed counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioners are claiming right over the subject property i.e., land admeasuring Acs.29.06 guntas in various survey numbers, situated at Nagnoor Village, Karimnagar Mandal and District, on the basis of Final Decree proceedings dated 13.10.1981 in O.S.No.89 of 1970 passed by the District Munsif, Karimnagar. Their names were also mutated in the revenue record and old pattadar passbook-cum-title deed was also issued in their favour. In proof of the same, they have filed copies of old pattadar passbooks-cum-title deeds, Final Decree, dated 13.10.1981 in O.S.No.89 of 1970 and Decree and Judgment dated I 8.10.1973 in A.S.No.9 of 1973. They have submitted online applications, along with all the relevant documents, with a request to issue e- t1 2 pattadar passbooks by mentioning their names in Bhu Bharathi Portal. Despite receiving and acknowledging the same, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.3, petitioners filed the present writ petition.

3. Whereas, leamed Assistant Govemment pleader for Horne, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.3 will consider the said online applications submitted by the petitioners and dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

In the light of the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the online applications bearing R.c.Nos.250oo05o47, 250000504g, 2500005049, 2500005050, 2500005051, 2s0ooos052, 2s00005053, 250000s0s4, 2500005043, 2s00ooso44, 2s00005064, 2500005066, 2500005067, 2500005056, 2500005045, 2500005055 and 2500005056 all dated 04.07.2025 submitted by the petitioners with a request to issue e_pattadar passbooks in respect ofthe subject property and pass appropriate l 3 ordors, in aocordance with law, by putting tho petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If r respondent No.3 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the same to the petitioners. He shall complete the entire exercise within thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
