2. Heard Mr.C.M.Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the ( ( respondents failed to include the names reflected in the suicide note of the deceased in the crime and seeking necessary directions, this writ petition was filed. He further points out that no counter has been filed in 2 \ -- \ '1 this writ petition as such, the development of procet: lings in the crime were known to the petitioner thus prayed for necesser r directions to the respondents.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for H: ne would submit that upon interim direction of this Court dated 22.09', 016, the persons names in the suicide note were mentioned in :he FIR. After investigation, final report was filed on 23.12.2019 on t'r ; file of Additional Judicial [Vlagistrate of First Class at Siddipet endorsin! lack of evidence', thus no cause suryives in this writ petition.

5. Having regarded to the submissions and as the r -'spondents, after investigation filed final report, the contest of the pt; itioner has been effectively addressed. However, reserving the right ,t the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available in accordance ,r ith law, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
