2. Heard Sri Ch.Samson Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners, lcarned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent N<>s.1 to 3 and Sri P.S.Rajashekar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the notifici:ttion issued by respondent No.4 dated 1.L2.2022, petitioners were selected to the post of Junior Assir;tants and their names were s,ent to respondent No.2, who in turn issued posting orders vide prr>ceedings dated 2.12.2024, posting the petitioners to rvork in the respondent No.2-Corporation. In the sa.id Corporation, petitioners were directed to work in lower rank posts i.e. in Chilli Processing Units as well as in Petrol Pumps etc., contrary to the I I service conditions. Therefore, petitioners have made representation to the respond<:r-rt No.2 on 24.3.2025 ventilating their grievance, but so far no acl.ion has been taken on the said representation. 2 Therefore, petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respond.ents to consider the said representation dated 24.3.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a stipulated period of time.

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that since the representation of the petitioner dated

24.3.2025 is pending with respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 will consider and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.3.2025 and pass appropriate orcers, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
