According to the petition rS the husband of 1"t petitioner and the father of th 2na petitioner i. e. , Iate Anjaiah was the absolute owrrer and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.O.13 gts in Sy. o.622/6, Ac.0.13 gts in Sy.No.622l7, Ac.0.13 gts in Sy. o.622/8, Ac.1.0O gts in Sy.No.53/B, Ac.1.O0 gts in Sy. o.53/1 and Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No.622/28, srtwated at ar. In proof of the sarle, they have filed old patta ar pass book. After hrs death, the petitioners succeed the said property. At the instance of Sth respo dent, the Tahsildar, Karimnagar, is interfering wi the possession of the petitioners over the subject pro erty. Therefore, the 2"d petitioner has filed W.P.No.182 13 of 2025. Vide order dated 30.06.2025, this Court sposed of the said Writ 2 Petition directing the 4rh respondent/Tahsildar, not to .t.: interfere with the disputes between the petitioncr and the 5th respondent in patta lands in any manner. If the petitioner therein is having any dispute over the subject lands with the respondent No.5, he is at liberty to resolve the same by approaching competent civil Court. According to the petitioners, instead of complying the said order, the 4th respondent is calling the petitioners frequently, harassing them at the instance of Sth respondent.

3. Whereas, Sri B.Sridhar, learned Assistart Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the 1"t petitioner has sent a compiaint dated

23.O7.2025 to the 4tii respondent against the Sth respondent through RPAD. She has made certain allegations against the (tt, respondent. For the purpose of enquiry,, the 4Lh respondent called the petitioners. Neither the 4th respondent nor his subordinates harassed the petitioners, as alleged in the writ affidavit. i&;t- 3

In the light of the sam this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th spondent not to harass the petitioners under the gu se of enquiry on the complaint dated 23.07.2025 submitted by the 1"t petitioner. However, the 2"d p titioner sha,ll approach the 4th respondent and co perate with him in conducting enquiry on the com liant submitted by the 1"t petitioner on 23.O7.2025.
