CHANDRA SEKHAR l The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ITAGESITATTPPNTEPET<E ORDER: Petitioner was granted license to run Food court stall No.18 at Jangaon Bus station und.er Jangaon Depot, with a monthly license fee of Rs.45,506/- for five years, up to 31.07.2024- Ma.,y other licensees appried for one year extension, and the respondent corporation approved their requests. Petitioner also submitted his extension request on L8-o7.2o24 to the 4th respondent, with a copy to the 3.d respondent, and both acknowledged it. on Lg.oz .2024, petitioner sent a representation to lst respond.ent, referring to Proceedings dated o4.o9. ioit'.'ffi" stated. that petitioner have paid all license fees and have no dues. His current lease ends on 3 L.o7.2025, but no tender has been issued for shop No.1g. so, he requested an extension for three more months or until a new contractor takes over and he also. agreed to a LS%o increase in rent. However, the 4th respondent passed the impugned order dated 26.o2.2o2s without considering his request, which goes against clause 2g of the License Deed dated 01.O8.2O19. 2. Heard Sri N.Somendra Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri N.Chandra Sekhar, learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC for respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the matter was listed on 26.08.2025, this Court directed the petitioner to file an undertaking to vacate Stall No.18 (Food Court) at Jangaon Bus Station by 3O.O9.2O25. In response, tl-re petitioner filed an aflidavit requesting an extension until

06.10.2025 on humanitarian grounds. He further submitted that petitioner is willing to cornply with the Court's direction but seeks a short extension due to the Dussehra festival vacation frorn 29.09.2025 to 05.10.2025. During this period, there will be heavy passenger traflic at the bus station, leading to increased demand for- food services. Hence, petitioner requests permission to vacate the stall on 06.10.2025 instead of 30.09.2025.

4. learned counsel for respondents Iiled counter aflidavit stating that petitioner was licensed to run Stall No.18 from O1.O8.2O19 to 3l .O7.2O24, extended to 31.07.2025 due to COVID-l9 relief. No further extension is. allowed under the -qqw,H ( I t! 3 NErU W.P. Lo.22555 of 2025 \ \ I , licence or policies. Clause 28 prohibits extensions and requires handover after expiry. It is stated that petitioner has no right to continue occupation beyond 31.07.2025. The petitioner has previoudly sought muttiple extensions through tJle courts, with the last extension valid until 31.O7.2025. The present petition for further extension is not tenable and reflects a pattern of habitual litigation. Therefore, prayed to dismiss the writ petition.

Considering the submissions made by both learned counsel and upon perusal of the record, this Court finds that petitioner's license is valid up to 31 .OT .2025, and no further extension is permitted under the agreement. It may be noted that petitioner's request for an extension beyond this date is rejected. However, in view of the affidavit filed by the petitioner to consider his request to vacate the premises by 06.10.2025, and in view of the upcoming Dussehra festival, this Court permits the petitioner to vacate Stall No.18 by O6.1O.2025.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to vacate Stall No.18 (Food Court) at Jangaon Bus Station by 06. LO.2O25.
