The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.9777 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER: 1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in S.C.No.505 of 2024 on the file of learned V Additional Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-4, 306 read with 511, 504 of lPC.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2/de facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions.
4. Perused the affidavits fiied by the de facfo complainant in LA.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. I i ; I I I I I I I I I 2 E1t) J (:.lp 9777 2025 into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing arong with their respective counser before the High court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telargana yrde orders dated 01 .OB.ZO2S passed by this Court. The _Sec:retary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the par:ies and submit a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued bv this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State o.,Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identifiej the parties and submitted a report dated 14.0g.2025 stating that the pafties were identified and they have wiilfufiy and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequen,y, the Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.505 of 2024 on the file of learned V Adclitional Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, registered against the petitior er/accused, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused paying an amount of Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings A/c.No.521gg926279, State Bank of I i I , I 3 EfI), J Ctlp 9717 )025 lndia, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code.SBlNOO2007O, [IICR No.500004057) and Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
