Learned counsel lor unofficial respondent No.6 contend that as per the Land Acquisition Award Proceedings No.Dl2887 120 18, dated O5.O3.2O2O, it is revealed that an extent of Ac 0.36 t/ gts 1n Sv.No.505 was acquired from respondent No.6 lor the purpose of restoration of Pillaipall1, Canal and tl-rat he rvas paid compensation for an amount of Rs.7,10,464/-- 'lhercfore, he states that unofficial respondent No.6 is t1-re title l-rolder of the property and that he was in the possession of the property.
