L.earned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the action of the respondent authorities in demolishing the property of the petitioners and making efforts to forcefully dispossess the petitioners from the subject property, without issuing notice amounts to violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 27 and 3OO-A of the Constitution of India.

5. karned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has submitted that the petitioners, by encroaching the government land have made construction in the subject proper[y. He further stated that except frling the property tax receipts, the petitioners have not produced any documents of title to claim rights over the subject property.

Prima facie, it appears from the record that the petitioners have purchased the house bearing No. 13-4-5g2/A/1 and the 3 said hollso '\:rs assessed for property tax fronr the Munrcipal authorities.
