2. Petitioners are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land in Survey No.255 situated at Samsthan Narayanapuram Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District. [n proof of the same, they have filed copies of old pattadar pass books and title deeds. They have submitted a joint representation dated 22.05.2023 to 2nd respondent, District Collector, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, with a request to issue e-pattadar pass books. Thereafter, vide Note approval dated

29.09.2023,2nd respondent has forwarded the same to the Additional Collector (Revenue), Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, who in tum vide proceedings dated 07.10.2023 directed 4'h respondent, Tahsildar, Samsthan Narayanapuram Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, to take action in the matter in 2 KL, J w-P No 22510 of2025 accordance with law But, 4th respondent did not take any action. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 4, petitioners filed the present Writ Petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment, on instructions, would submit that the joint representation dated 22.05.2023 was submitted by the petitioners under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020. Therefore, 2nd respondent is the competent authority and he will dispose of the said joint representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the joint representation dated22.05.2023 submitted by the petitioners with a request to issue e-pattadar pass books by taking into account the report dated 07.10.2023 of the Additional Collector (Revenue), Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Note approval dated 29.09.2023 and report, if any, submitted by 4'n respondent and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law. If 2"d respondent is not inclined to accept the request made by the Y J (L, J w.P No.2251O ot2O25 petitioners, he shall pass a reasoned order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioners.
