NOS.2&30F2025 The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER ,ffi7i|il&a(g* , THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.9749 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.8327 of 2021 on the file of learned XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate , Nampally, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498-4, 506 of IPC and Section 4 of DP Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly 2 t.-.lp 9719 )023 consented for compromise. Since the parties we.n} willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to sr;flre the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel befrrrr-. the High court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telarrg ana yrde orders dated 01 08.2025 passed by this Court. The Sec.etary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the part es and submit a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued :,i this Court, the parties along lvith their respective counsel have ap1;611sd before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State'f Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identifieci the parties and submitted a report dated 12.08.2025 stating that he pa(ies were identified and they have willfully and without any r;cercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O?_:\ are allowed.
