3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildingr; did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel lor the petitioner and requested to pass appropriate orders.

4. Learned Assistant Government Plealer for Finance t and Planning submits that the respondents will release the amounts as per priority basis of token numbers in due course arrd requested to pass appropriate orders.

In v ew of the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of by directing tht: responclents to reiease tlre total amount of Rs.2,7i,22,30[;/- (Rupees Two Crores Eleven Lakhs Twenty Two Thousancl Three Hundred J SK, J W .P.No-22468 ot 2025 five Only) vide Token Nos.2443O88229 dated 20.1.2.2023, 2523.558195 dated 24.12.2024, 2458552677 dated 20.03.2024, 2458553484 dated 2O.O3.2O24, 2458553596 dated 20.O3.2024 and 2450608466 dated O1.O2.2O24 to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
