The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute o',vner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.3.30 guntas in Survey No.133/6, situated at Thondapally Village of Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District basing on the Gift Settlement Deed validated on 05.0I.2012 executed by Mrs. Bathku Bharatamma. She is claiming right over the said property through a Will Declaration given by her son, late B. pavan Kumar clated 12.06.199g. the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 3l .05.2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 with a request to mutate his name and issue e- pattadar passbook. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2 to 4, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 2
