Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action ol the respondents in failing to release the admitted amounts of Rs. 55,42,OOO/- I (Rupees Fifty Five Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Only) due to the petitioner under Token Nos.252 1614128 dated 3O.O7.2O24, 2522770406 dated 24.09.2024 and 2523531753 dated 21. L2.2O24 for the works completed by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to pay the penal interest at the rate 1 a SK, J W. P.
